Hours (approx.) - What Will Be Done In This Time
3 hours - preparing and setting up collection boxes
3 hours - preparing and giving some sort of speech
2.75 hours - preparing and putting up posters
0.5 hours - giving speech
1.5 hours - spreading the word
1.5 hours - contacting the AWL with updates as to how many items have been collected so far (weekly (once i have begun to collect them))
1 hour - Posting updates as to progress on my blog (weekly)
1.5 hours - Writing oral presentation
1.5 hours - going around to all the collection boxes and collecting the item-donations
2.5 hours - counting up amount of donations, etc (hopefully there will be enough for it to take this long)
1.25 hours - trip to and from the AWL and time for presenting donations
